This workshop will focus on ways to bring people and places alive in your story. We’ll look at excerpts from some authors who are fantastic at this, and take time for writing exercises and prompts that can help you deepen your own characters and sense of place.

This workshop will be led by writer, Marney McNall. Marney serves as Seacoast’s Editorial Manager for devotional series, website stories, and print publications, such as the Sisterhood Magazine for the Chosen conference. She earned a Master of Fine Arts in Creative Writing at the Newport MFA.
